Please note our processing time for returns is 2 to 3 business days once we receive the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.

Our Return Policy

  • We must receive returns packages within 15 days of the date your order shipped.
  • Returns received after 15 days and returns received in damaged or used condition will not be refunded.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, jewelry, and items marked as Final Sale are final.
  • We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. A restocking fee up to 50% will be charged if the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated above.
  • Please consider purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost items being returned to us.
  • Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please contact us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment, otherwise issued as store credit.
  • Please note that a RMA number is required to receive a refund.

How Do I Make a Return?


  • Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
  • Please fill out our Return Form and we will provide you with a RMA number. (You can use our quick RMA return process by signing into your account and viewing your order. Simply select the item(s) you would like to return and complete the form.)
  • Circle the item(s) on the invoice that you would like to return and be sure to include your RMA number on the top of the invoice as described in the step above. Make sure to include the return form in the package with the item(s) you are returning. 
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping & handling fees for items returned to aristocracie. We do not refund shipping fees. 
  • As soon as your return arrives in our warehouse, we will process it promptly and your original form of payment will be refunded.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order. Shipping return charges are $5. To reship a refused or undeliverable package is another a shipping cost dependent on what kind of shipping you prefer. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 15% restocking fee.
